Advantages of GSO MultiFibre®

Thermoplastic is already included as a matrix material

Direct processing without the use of additional resin

Environmentally friendly – no solvent emissions

Higher cycle times in the production of semi-finished products and components

Increase in time, cost and personnel efficiency

Advantages over steel reinforcement – lighter and yet more robust

Significant weight reduction → easier handling and resource-saving (fuel-saving)

Higher mechanical load capacity, especially increased bending strength

Very good resistance to environmental influences – No thermal conductivity/expansion

Very good resistance to chemicals – no corrosion

PP Directroving

GSO MultiFibre® PP Direktroving made from E-glass fibers and polypropylene fibers for the production of plastic-reinforced semi-finished products and components. The hybrid fibers have a fineness of 1870tex with a mass ratio of 40 % PP as matrix fiber to 60 % glass as reinforcing fiber. Other matrix/reinforcement ratios on request.
